School may be back in session, but the fun doesn’t stop at Jake’s Place! 🎒✨ Starting Sept 1, we’re switching things up with NEW hours. Come hang out after school, or bring the little ones to play while the big kids are busy learning.
It’s just $8 for unlimited play while we’re open—don’t forget your socks! 🧦😄

Yesterday I met Mrs.JoAnn— a sweet woman who spends her time crocheting bonnets, blankets, the cutest head wraps and more to give to those in need. She took her story of growing up with less and turned it into a mission to bless children walking a similar path she once did. I loved hearing her story, her kindness reminded me that no matter where you are in life, you can always make a difference. Mrs. JoAnn truly brightened my day — thank you for being YOU!

We know Rapides Parish Schools are out for Fall Break, and we’ve got something fun planned to keep the kids entertained!

⏰📅Join us at Jake’s Place on Friday, October 17th (open 12pm-5pm) and Monday, October 20th (open 10am-6pm) for our Pumpkin Decorating Contest! 🍂

🎟️ Open play admission: $8/child

🎃 Pumpkins: $3 each to decorate and take home

📸 Snap a photo of your pumpkin or with it! We’ll post all photos for a People’s Choice Award

🏆 The winner gets a FREE play pass for them and a friend or sibling (2 passes in total) to come back and play again!
Come play, create, and make some fall memories — the perfect way to spend your break! 🍁
