Leakage isn’t something you just “live with.”

It can be treated, improved, and often fully resolved with pelvic floor therapy.

Movement in the early postpartum period can be gentle, restorative, and safe when guided well.

You don’t have to “freeze” your body until the 6-week check-up — healing is a continuum, not a deadline.

Small steps count. You’re allowed to begin.

Your pelvic floor supports you through every season of life — not just after you give birth.

Strength, mobility, and proper coordination can help with back pain, incontinence, prolapse, and even exercise performance.

If your body is whispering (or shouting) for support, pelvic therapy can make a world of difference.
