We are happy to announce that we’re offering a prenatal yoga series with This will be a 4-class series and class dates are on the following Sundays - 2/22, 3/1, 3,8, and 3/15 from 3pm - 4pm. Link in bio to sign up! $100.00 per person for all 4 classes.

🥱 Here's what overnight support can look like:

💜Erica arrives at 10 PM. She checks in about your day, and jumps into action, tidying up, washing bottles, or helping with whatever tasks need to still be done. While you drift off to sleep, Erica focuses on baby's comfort and care.
Need to nurse or pump? You will be gently woken up, supported during the feeding and then you can fall right back to sleep, while Erica puts baby back to sleep and handles safe milk storage and cleaning/sanitizing of bottles and/or pump parts. 🤱🏼👩‍🍼 🍼
