Sorella Spotlight: This month we are sharing our dear friend Kim Brunson! Kimberly Twitchell Brunson

My challenges didn't just shape my life; they created my path. My parents were raising three children when my sister was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis. Because of her specialized care, I quickly learned that my role was to be "unseen."

This became my survival blueprint. I navigated life by battling a persistent sense of invisibility & self-doubt. I later discovered I didn't need to eliminate that part of me; but instead see how it had served me. From this, Breath of Sunshine, LLC was born—a practice dedicated to supporting women in midlife to make every breath count & to be seen. This is the "magic" of the work I do today as a Board-Certified Integrative NeuroSomatic Practitioner, meeting my clients where they are physically, emotionally & energetically.

I continue to expand as I am working toward certifications as a Holistic Nutrition Weight Loss Coach & Havening Practitioner to bring even more tools to our work together.

My message for you…Make every breath count. You are uniquely you with value to share with the world. I’m here & I see you.
