Meet Alexandra! One of our powerhouse provider’s at Saratoga Family Medicine and our MedSpa Director. Alexandra has been a Licensed Aesthetician for 12 years and a Registered Nurse for 6, combining advanced clinical skill with a deep understanding of skin health and beauty.

Throughout her career, she’s worked in a variety of settings—from day spas to dermatology and plastic surgery—honing her expertise across the full spectrum of aesthetics. Since joining our team in 2020, Alexandra has built a loyal clientele who trust her eye for detail and passion for results.

While she offers a wide range of facial treatments and Botox injections, her true specialty lies in energy-based devices—especially laser treatments—where science and artistry meet to deliver powerful outcomes.

Outside the treatment room, Alexandra is just as dynamic. She and her husband run a small construction business, and together they share their home with two beloved Westies. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her soaking up summers on the lake, traveling, or spending time with horses—her lifelong passion.

Happy Nurses Week! 🩺💉🤍✨

Meet Adrienne! One of our incredible providers at Saratoga Family Medicine and a proud third-generation Registered Nurse with 22 years of experience!

For the first decade of her career, she traveled the country as a dedicated travel nurse, with Alaska topping the list of favorite destinations. Eventually, she put down roots in beautiful upstate New York to start a family—and that’s when her journey in medical aesthetics began.

For the past several years, she has brought her clinical expertise and warm, compassionate care to our MedSpa, helping clients look and feel their best. From the convenience of laser hair removal to glowing after one of Antonella’s signature medical-grade facials—and, of course, the timeless power of Botox—she truly believes in the confidence-boosting magic of aesthetic treatments.

Outside the treatment room, she keeps busy with her two children, two lovable labs, and a curious kitty. When she finds a moment for herself, you’ll likely find her outdoors mining crystals and gemstones for her newest passion: metalsmithing and jewelry design.
