Saha Yoga Discover a sanctuary of serenity & wellness, devoted teachers, a warm community. We are a small, sunny yoga studio in the heart of Ballston Spa.

Our goal is to bring yoga to the community, welcoming all levels of experience, from long time practitioners to those brand new to yoga. We offer a a variety of class types, including vinyasa, gentle yoga, prenatal, postnatal (babies welcome), hatha yoga, meditation, as well as an introduction to ashtanga vinyasa. Prices:
$15 drop in
$65 5 class pass
$108 month unlimited

The picture does not fully convey how beautiful this under the counter curtain turned out. Two of our amazing community members-Ed & Nancy, heard my plea & went to work. Nancy formulated a plan, Ed helped with hanging the hooks for the rod & then Nancy took a tablecloth of mine & transformed it into this drapery. I am absolutely dippy over it. It is stunning & adds just the perfect touch to our little kitchen lounge area. It reminds me of being at Grandmaโ€™s house-homey, cozy, & welcoming.
