Our beautiful, sunny yoga studio in the heart of Ballston Spa is here for you. We are a small, sunny yoga studio in the heart of Ballston Spa.

Our goal is to bring yoga to the community, welcoming all levels of experience, from long time practitioners to those brand new to yoga. We offer a a variety of class types, including vinyasa, gentle yoga, prenatal, postnatal (babies welcome), hatha yoga, meditation, as well as an introduction to ashtanga vinyasa. Prices:
$15 drop in
$65 5 class pass
$108 month unlimited
