I was debating whether or not I wanted to share this with the world, but there is many a lesson to be learned and much knowledge to be shared. My hope is that this journey will help others who find themselves on the same path.

I have stage 3 triple negative invasive mammary carcinoma. An aggressive form of breast cancer. You can do everything right but you can not outrun your genetics. This card was in my hand the moment I came into this world.

My first round of chemotherapy was yesterday. I am already in battle.

I know I haven't been very active on this end of social media but we're still here. Thank you all for your support.

A tea blend I made for my flame keeping shift last night with Sanctuary of Brigid

Someday it'll be in my shop, for now, I hope you all enjoy it.

1 cinnamon stick
(I use it to stir then let it steep)
1 small bay leaf or a quarter of a lrg one
1 tsp raw ginger
1 tsp chamomile
1/2 tsp calendula
1/2 tsp red clover
Honey to taste
(bees are associated with the Goddess)

Step for 6-8 mins
Makes 1-2 cups

I'm excited to see love for simmer pots growing. I'm waiting until my woodstove is roaring before I start mine. I have one round the clock when the stove is going. It helps keep moisture and magick in the air.

All of my loose herbal blends can be used in simmer pots. Some of them are actually more suitable for this use. I have a plethora of new good smells with specific intentions and Goddess offerings ready to list after the full moon. As always, I'm clearing and cleansing my shop beneath that bad boy eclipse tomorrow.

It'll be up in my shop, GoddessGrown on Etsy, probably Sat. It's going to be my new lunar blend. The roses I harvested on the beach of the Atlantic. It's infused with the sea itself, perfect for the full moon.

A slumber wand available in my shop. Most of plant allies I craft with I grow myself. Some are ethically wild harvested with the same love and intent. Plant allies that amplify properties of sleep are specifically selected. They are bundled and bound with the intention of slumber. Bound in black h**p for added protection. (Protect yourself before you wreck yourself). Cleansed and charged beneath the full moon.

Mugwort (my favorite)
Lavender
Heirloom Hops
Chamomile
Eucalyptus
Rose

Smoke wands or bundles can be used for other intentions besides clearing. Smoke magick is so much more. Read the billows of smoke? Smoke divination? Add to your fire place or bon fires with intent? Add to your simmer pot? All of the above? Hell yeah. Always remember YOUR intentions. Your magick is your own.

This one is to be shared amongst friends here tonight. May our lives be filled with love, prosperity, happiness, and protection. Someday I'll have this in my shop but for now I'll leave my recipe below.

Love, protection, and prosperity.
1/4 tsp ground cardimum
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
(I usually put these 3 in a teabag and throw the rest in whole. You do you).
4 Cinnamon sticks
2 Cloves
1 Anise star
1 sliced orange
1 sliced apple
Per 1 gallon of apple cider
Optional Irish whiskey

Heat in a new age cauldron aka crock pot. Remember your intentions and enjoy!
