Let Melissa and Alycia prepare you for the Thanksgiving holiday with a relaxing group session combining emotion code and acupuncture. We will focus on emotions and acupoints that will help you cope with the energetic stress of family gatherings. We will also incorporate subtle aromatherapy, healing sound frequencies and crystals to ease your body and mind into the holiday season from a place of peace and stability.

The session will last about 1 hour, you will get 3-5 acupuncture points needled while Melissa removes your 5 most prominent negative emotions. Then you will relax while Melissa clears emotions from the group for the remainder of the session. We hope that you will leave feeling refreshed and ready to host even the most challenging relatives this Thanksgiving!
