Learning other methods of fertility awareness like cervical mucus or basal body temperature tracking can help you pinpoint your fertile window. Join us for a gentle and supportive workshop that combines education, gentle movement, breath, and community to help you reconnect with your body and mind during this transition.
I will share clinical insight as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, offering clarity around what’s really happening during perimenopause—how hormonal changes affect everything from sleep and mood to blood sugar and brain fog. Alongside that, Sue will guide us through grounding breathwork and a restorative yoga practice designed to bring calm, stillness, and compassion to our nervous systems.
