🎉 Milestone Moment for Aegis Health and Rehabilitation! 🎉
We are proud to share an important achievement for Aegis Health and Rehabilitation. Just two and a half years into our organization’s journey, this facility has completed a rigorous 10-week process focused on developing, outlining, and showcasing the quality initiatives and outcomes that define their care.
This work was submitted for review by the American Health Care Association as part of the Bronze Quality Award program, the first step in a three-level pathway toward excellence in care and operations.
This accomplishment reflects months of preparation, dedication beyond regular hours, honest self-reflection, and a commitment to transparency and growth. It speaks to a team willing to challenge themselves, strengthen their systems, and continuously improve for the residents and families they serve.
We applaud the Administrators and their teams for committing to this journey, holding themselves to a higher standard, and successfully completing their application and submission this week.
Most importantly, this is just the beginning. As Aegis Health and Rehabilitation moves forward, the focus now turns to continued progress and the journey toward Silver and Gold, with quality and compassion guiding the way. 💙
