We are pleased to announce that Mary Cate is our November Recognizing Noteworthy Staff winner!

Mary Cate has been such a wonderful addition to RNS since her first day with us. Her bright and contagious smile makes all the difference with her clients and her team members.

The Schedulers cannot say enough about her and how sweet and communicative she is with them. Mary Cate is always prompt to respond and offers as much as she is available to her clients, which is so appreciated.

In addition, she is always so willing to help whenever she can. She doesn't blink an eye when asked to help on another case, and if she is not available, she even offers other times to be available if needed. Mary Cate does such an amazing job of balancing her work life with her education and we know she will make a PHENOMENAL nurse!

As a token of appreciation, Mary Cate received a "Goodie Bag" full of some of her favorite things.

We are grateful for Mary Cate and hope she will have a relationship with RNS for many years to come!

Attending the Women of Distinction Awards recently was a powerful reminder of the strength and compassion that drives our community forward. The Missouri Athletic Club annually recognizes women across St. Louis who show tremendous vision and mentorship in business, civic, and philanthropic endeavors.

With more than 50 honorees since 2011, each story shared reflects excellence, determination, and empathy — qualities that truly define distinction. Feeling inspired and motivated to keep lifting others up. 💫

We're thrilled to welcome Carrie Burggraf as our Chief Operating Officer.

Carrie comes to us with over 25 years of experience as a geriatric physician assistant and certified geriatric care manager, plus extensive leadership in home care sales, training, and business consulting. Carrie will be bringing an exceptional depth of expertise to our team.

As RNS continues to expand across multiple locations, including our recent Florida acquisition, Carrie will play a key role in helping us execute our growth strategy while maintaining the highest standards of client care and employee support that define who we are.

Outside of work, Carrie is a proud mom of three grown sons and a lifelong athlete - having competed in two national triathlon championships! She also loves racquetball, biking, cooking, fashion and most of all, connecting with people.

We're excited for what's ahead and look forward to continued success - together! Welcome!

A big surprise on her birthday week to recognize Rebecca M as our October Recognizing Noteworthy Staff Award!

Over the last 16 years, her unwavering dedication, hard work, and commitment to providing excellent care has made a real difference every single day. Rebecca is not only an incredible employee, but an even more incredible person. Whether it's scheduling, admin support, or just being there for us in life—she's always someone we can count on.

As a vital part of RN Services for nearly two decades, her impact is felt across every area of our organization. Now, in her role as Scheduling Manager, she brings exceptional organization, reliability, and a strong work ethic that keeps things running like clockwork. Rebecca's ability to balance the needs of clients and staff with grace and professionalism—especially under pressure—is truly admirable.
Clients and staff alike are lucky to have her in their corner. She can advocate fiercely, match people thoughtfully, and always bring a kind heart and listening ear to every interaction. Her compassion and deep knowledge of the company shines through.

Rebecca is fun, loving, confident, understanding—and absolutely invaluable.

Our Recognizing Noteworthy Staff program has truly been a joy to implement-but each month, it becomes more and more difficult to select just one recipient.

Why? Because our staff is incredible.
We're lucky to be surrounded by such a dedicated, compassionate, professional, and responsive team of Caregivers and Nurses.

We acknowledged and celebrated every one of them for their unwavering commitment, flexibility, excellence in care, and the heart they bring to work daily. They are the reason RNS continues to stand out in the industry.

RNS Friendships last anywhere!

Liz & Emma became good friends while Emma was going to nursing school in St. Louis and working at RN Services Private Duty Care.

They recently caught up over lunch in Kansas City and had the best afternoon!

We love seeing our RNS family stay connected!
