This one is long overdue, but we’re thrilled to finally give a huge shoutout to Lynnette, our June honoree!

Lynnette has been part of the RNS family since September 2012, serving for many years as an amazing case manager. While we definitely miss her in that role, we’re so grateful she’s still sharing her expertise on our post-op team.

With over 40 years of nursing experience, Lynnette brings unmatched knowledge, heart, and leadership. She’s played a big role in helping grow our post-op side—working closely with surgeons' offices, training staff, and always being there when patients need a little extra care.

And let’s not forget—this is truly a team effort. A big thank-you to her husband, who’s become an honorary team member himself—fixing wheelchairs, transferring medical videos, and supporting Lynnette’s ever-changing schedule like a champ.

Lynnette's dedication, flexibility, and willingness to always lend a hand continue to make a huge impact. We are beyond lucky to have you on the team! 💙
