Like the birch tree—resilient, cleansing, and sacred in Baltic tradition—Sisu Nordic Sauna has shed its original form. Once a private rental business, it now offers private, nature-rooted sauna rituals inspired by ancient pirts traditions.

Through global exploration and deep listening, Sisu embraced the healing language of steam, stone, and birch whisk. This shift birthed a new purpose: to serve as a vessel for intentional Baltic bathing experiences that cleanse body, mind, and spirit.
