Our first free outdoor Yoga class of the year is here.

Join us this Saturday at 11:11 a.m. for a 45-minute All Levels Yoga class at Canton Waterfront Park in Baltimore, Maryland.

This offering is from - A Longevity Studio at the Broom Factory in Canton, Baltimore, created to support movement, well-being, and community in everyday life.

The class is free and open to all.
Registration is recommended so you can sign the waiver ahead of time and so we know how many people to expect.

Come move, breathe, and practice with us by the water.

Spring is here. Again.
Where are you?

This time of year has a way of surfacing something. A pull toward feeling better in your body. More energy. Better habits. More like yourself.

Maybe you’ve been feeling that.

Here’s what I know after years of working with people: most don’t struggle because they don’t care about their health. They struggle because life gets full, they get tired, and it’s really hard to do it alone.

That’s a big part of why The Hall of SELF exists.

We’re not a gym. We’re not just another yoga studio. We’re a longevity studio — built to support your well-being in a way that actually lasts.

Movement. Breath. Nervous system care. And something that science keeps confirming matters just as much as any of that:

What are you waiting for?

He waited.
This is what “I’ll start Monday” looks like.
Don’t be the mannequin.

Wooden. Stiff. Flat on his back, running out of time, wondering where his joints went. No nervous system regulation whatsoever. We’ve all been this guy — but you found us. And that’s the difference.

Your longevity game has already begun, whether you’re paying attention or not. The question isn’t if it’s in motion. It’s where you’re building it.

Every environment you walk into is either working for you or quietly working against you. Your nervous system doesn’t take days off. It’s reading the room constantly — the noise, the pace, the pressure, the energy of the people around you. And it’s responding. Always. Which means the spaces you return to are not neutral. They’re either helping your body recover, regulate, and rebuild — or keeping it braced, defended, and slowly depleted.

You can finish a class and still leave depleted. You can show up consistently and still feel like something’s missing. That’s not a discipline problem. That’s an environment problem.
