Trinity Home Care and Assisted Living is located in Northeast Baltimore City. Minutes away from Towson and I-695. We offer approximately a 2000 Square foot facility with 2 floors. The property square footage is over 7500 square feet. The facility is a detached single family home with living quarters on the first and second floor. We provide fully furnished luxury style bedrooms, dining area, bathrooms with grab bars for safety, zero depth shower, living room , kitchen, sunroom, front porch and backyard garden space for activities.

Our staff is CPR/First Aid trained, Certified Medication Technicians, Annual safety trained. We have activities such as family and friends day, cook outs, field trips, holiday events and self help groups.

- We have a fully furnished, well decorated and comfortable home with cable television and WiFi. In addition, if needed, we also provide transportation for clients to get to and from appointments. We will also provide recreation and socializing activities. We have an on-call registered nurse who access the residents every 45 days (also in case of emergency) who has over 25 years experience. We work with a local pharmacy for prescription delivery.

We currently have availability in our semi-private master bedroom with an in suite bathroom.
