Here’s how to start strong:
✅ Warm up (5–10 minutes): light jog, arm circles, or dynamic stretches
✅ Choose simple moves (squats, jumping jacks, push-ups, mountain climbers)
✅ Go at YOUR pace: push hard, but don’t overdo it—progress is personal
✅ Cool down (5 minutes): slow walking, deep stretching, hydration

⚡ Beginner HIIT Routine (12 Minutes Total) ⚡

🔹 30 sec Jumping Jacks → 30 sec rest
