✨ A special highlight from ABAI 2025 in Washington, D.C.! ✨

During one of our poster presentations, our amazing team members Soraya and Daniela were honored by a visit from none other than Dr. William Heward, a true pioneer in the field of behavior analysis.

Dr. Heward kindly gifted us a Spanish-translated copy of his book, “Vamos a firmar un contrato,” which focuses on positive strategies for behavior change in children. He even added a personal dedication:

“For Amigo Care, hope this book will support you in your important work helping families and children.”

This moment was especially meaningful for our team, as we proudly work with Latino families across Maryland, providing culturally responsive and compassionate support grounded in evidence-based practices.

Thank you, Dr. Heward, for this inspiring gesture — and for recognizing the value of inclusive care in our communities. 💙💛

Three years down and so many memories to cherish!

Last Friday, the Amigo Care team celebrated our anniversary with a little friendly competition at Stumpy’s Hatchet House! 🪓 We had so much fun playing games, throwing axes like pros (or trying to!), sharing some delicious food, and most importantly—connecting with the people who make this company so special.

From day one, our mission has been to support children with autism and their families, especially within the Latino community. Every single team member has helped bring that mission to life with passion, patience, and puro corazón.

Thank you to our dedicated employees, the wonderful families we serve, and everyone who’s been part of this incredible ride. We can’t wait to see what the next chapter brings. Here’s to more milestones, more memories, and more lives touched! 💙
