Taiji Qigong
The practice of Taiji Qigong is a daily guided process of mental and physical self-inquiry. It is an awareness meditation of rising and falling thoughts and sensations. The objective is not to accomplish by any means possible but be assisted incrementally through the steps.
Outside complements inside. Inside complements outside. If there is yin, there must be yang. If there is yang, there must be yin. Just like one cannot swim without water or Push-hands all alone, the practice functions as interpersonal relationships, not by the extreme of staring mindlessly into a blank wall completely alone.
It is said, it is easier for a student to find a good teacher, than a teacher to find a good student. If we desire a good teacher, we have to be a good student. Keep trying.
