Happy Mindfulness Monday!

So, what is mindfulness?

☁️ mindfulness is the practice of being present and acknowledgement of your present thoughts and feelings without judgment

☁️It focuses on acceptance and grounding in the moment so that we can be aware of our mind instead of letting our thoughts overwhelm us

☁️It can help with feelings of anxiety and depression, pain, grief, and much more!

☁️Mindfulness can be practiced in many different ways including deep breathing and meditation, as well as journaling, reading, or even petting your cat or dog!

Take a few moments to be mindful this evening and tell me how you feel!
