On August 9th, we’ll be hosting a FREE Herbal Medicine Prep for the Fall Workshop, 11AM-1PM for those that want to stop by! We’ll also be supporting that day as part of CLLCTIVGIVE’s 24 Hours of giving to support Black-led social change organizations serving in Baltimore. 🫂 ✊🏽

She’s WELL Networked, Inc (sheswellnetworked.org), is a nonprofit organization of which our CEO is the Board Chair! Their mission is to radically shift and deepen investment in Black Women entrepreneurs by creating spaces where they can heal, tell their stories and invest in their own assets. After the beautiful experience of hosting a virtual women's circle to honor Earth Day and the Wisdom of Nature, I've been inspired to create a space for deeper healing and connection. One participant described the last circle as "Soul Nourishing,". The circle for me was very nourishing to my nervous system. I'm thrilled to bring that same nourishment to an in-person Healing Circle for Black Women.

As Black women, we've endured wounds by our own sisters as well as by society. These wounds have silenced us, preventing us from fully expressing ourselves and speaking our truth. Too often, we've internalized messages that tell us we're not enough, that our voices don't matter. But in this space, we reclaim our voices, our power, and our worth.
