The wait is FINALLY over!

Thirteenth & Sage x House of Sedulo are back at it again with another day of wellness.

Group Reiki will take place next Sunday, February 26. Doors open at 12:00pm and the session starts promptly at 1:00pm.

Happy Friday everyone! Feel Good Friday is back. Every Friday we are choosing one activity that’s guaranteed to make us feel good! ⁠

This Friday we are getting our bodies moving. Get your body moving in whatever way feels best to you. If that’s taking a few laps around Target, then hey if you like it I love it 😂! ⁠

December marks one year in the Reiki game for me! Happy One Year to me 🥳. This has been a year of major change not only for business but also in my personal life. If it’s one thing I’ve learned it’s that you can truly have the life you desire, once you decide it’s yours to have.

Reiki has helped me:
- Listen to understand vs. listen to respond
- Manage my stress levels
- Get creative with how I heal
- Be authentically ME

With one year under our belt, business is growing! I’m happy to announce that we will be introducing Reiki infused products to our offerings ✨. We will be offering a salt soak, sugar scrub, body oil, and pure Castile soap in our signature soothing Lemongrass Coconut scent.
