ISB Community Health Clinic The ISB Clinic is a non-profit entity providing free healthcare to the uninsured/under-insured. A staff member will call you to confirm your appointment.

The Islamic Society of Baltimore (ISB) Community Health Center promotes health and wellness by providing quality services, at no charge, to people without access to basic care. We accomplish this through our physicians, nurses, and staff who work with care, compassion, and competence and by respecting the dignity of each individual; serving a diverse community; working collaboratively with volunteers; fostering individual and community partnerships and; responding to the changing health and wellness needs of the community. Please note:

No walk-ins are allowed - an appointment is required for all office (in-person) or virtual visits. To make an appointment you must use one of the following options:

Option 1: Call the Clinic at 410-744-1690 by phone and leave a detailed message. Option 2: Go to the Clinic website and submit the form on the "Request Appointment" tab.

We are excited to announce the launch of our physical therapy program for the community. We have partnered with Ms. Shahida Suleman, PT, to provide low-cost physical therapy to all adults 18+.
This includes all insured and uninsured individuals!!

Pricing is as follows:
• $25 per 30 minute session.
• $50 per 60 minute session.

Please submit an appointment request form at isb.org/clinic to request a physical therapy appointment.
