We’re thrilled to share that Tej D. Azad, M.D., M.S., will be joining the Johns Hopkins Neurosurgical Spine Center!

Dr. Azad is a neurosurgeon-scientist with advanced training in adult and pediatric spinal deformity, including dedicated fellowships with Johns Hopkins Orthopaedic Surgery and Shriners Hospitals for Children in Philadelphia. He will join the program in January 2027 following a postgraduate spinal deformity fellowship at UCSF. We are excited to welcome him to our growing spine program!
