What an incredible start to the year! This week, the entire BWS team gathered at our new Chesapeake Ave HQ for our annual company-wide meeting—and the energy was truly next level.

Our theme this year: Excellence in Service—the foundation that sets BWS apart. We previewed the future of our Chesapeake Ave operations, outlined goals for the year ahead, strengthened our safety culture, and celebrated the dedication that makes BWS unique. We also recognized our top performers and wrapped up the meeting with a fun raffle full of awesome prizes—always a team favorite!

If you noticed a little construction dust, don’t mind the work in progress! We’re just as excited about building out this new space as we are about the future of BWS. 🚧
