Sometimes healing looks like setting boundaries, resting without guilt, saying no, taking the walk, booking the session, or simply allowing yourself to breathe. Every choice you make to care for your mind and protect your peace is an act of love toward yourself.
The beach reminds us that waves come and go, and so do hard moments. Keep choosing you.
Being by the water is my happy place. I allow myself to be still and present. It was pleasing to see my son enjoying this moment just as I was. And he was silent 🤣🤣 Huge win!
