Would you like to learn to lose weight and keep it off? Join the Stepped Care for Weight Loss Maintenance study! You may be eligible for this research study if:
- You are a person living with obesity (defined as a body mass index of 30 kg/m2 or higher)
-Age 18-70 years
-Own a smartphone capable of receiving text-messages and syncing to weight scales and physical activity trackers
