I hope you are all prepped and ready for our last charity event of the year!!! Health Quest is participating in the Baltimore Running Festival to raise money for the local non-profit, House of Ruth.

Here is where you can sign up to join us in the running festival: https://www.thebaltimoremarathon.com/ You can be as active as you want to be, with events like WALKING a 5k or RUNNING a marathon!! Please sign up, if you have not already. If you need help with training, just let us know!

Not interested in the sportsing of the sports? No problem!! Come cheer on those who are participating! Mark 10/15/2022 on your calendar!
