We’re delighted to shine a spotlight on Tyler Hosking Executive Director at Gardenview Assisted Living & Memory Support in Michigan.

Tyler’s commitment to serving older adults began in high school, when his great-grandmother moved in with his family. The hours he spent playing games and sharing memories with her both enriched his teenage years and shaped his professional path.

Working as a Physical Therapist Assistant early in his career, Tyler began to understand how seniors needed emotional and social support just as much as physical support.

"That's what really drew me to a career in senior living, and to Elegance specifically. We offer authentic, community-building experiences, like our monthly Making Memories signature events," said Tyler. “Helping our residents connect and make meaningful relationships is deeply satisfying."

When he’s not at work, you’ll find Tyler with his family, exploring the natural beauty of Michigan sledding, hiking, fishing, and swimming. He's even a member of his local curling club.
