For me…Healing from grief wasn’t just crying it out and sitting in darkness.
It meant letting go of the habits that kept me stuck.
It required me to challenge the beliefs that I formed in response to my pain.
It pushed me to choose discipline on the days that I rather just shut down 😩.

Because growth after grief requires more than time…
It requires intention 🌷🌼. What has grief taught you??
