Never underestimate the power of PAUSE!! Pay attention to what your body is communicating to you in the silence. Let’s normalize taking a break from the hustle and sit in stillness and focus on your body, mind and spirit. Hitting the PAUSE button sometimes can be challenging but rewarding in the end 💕💕

Summer is supposed to feel light, free, and full of fun and laughter… Right??
Sometimes grief has a way of turning sunlit moments into bittersweet reminders.

The beach where you once laughed together…
The family reunion with one less hug…
The BBQ table missing their favorite dish.

It’s okay if the sunshine feels a little dimmer this year.
Honor the memories. Hold space for the ache.
And remember—you’re allowed to step back, breathe, and find your own pace in the season. Grief is not an experience that will just go away, we have learn to healthy ways to navigate life after the loss. 💛

Easter can be especially painful for mothers who are grieving the loss of a child or their own mother. Here are gentle ways to offer support:
1. Acknowledge Loss – A simple “I’m thinking of you” goes a long way. Don’t avoid grief emotions.
2. Create Space for Memories – Invite your friend to share stories or photos if they want to.
3. Offer Specific Help – Bring a meal, run errands, or include them in a quiet Easter tradition.
4. Give Permission to Opt Out – Let them know it’s okay to skip the holiday activities. No pressure.
5. Small Acts of Love – Send flowers, a thoughtful card, or a candle in memory of their loved one.

Grief doesn’t take a holiday—be the gentle reminder that love and presence still remain.

Job loss due to government changes IS NOT just about INCOME —it’s about identity, stability, and purpose💕. Grief isn’t just for people; it’s for the life you built, the routine you knew, and the future you imagined.
