Theres a balance of resting,healing,and slowing down
AND intentionally doing things for yourself that make you feel like you again.
Maybe it’s not going out late at night to party lol but having brunch
during the day with friends or taking a walk in nature…
Whatever GIVES you energy since SO much of what you are doing now is putting out energy and giving energy to others.
So get to know the new you, what GIVES you energy and nurture yourself just like you do your baby 💛
