The first version was suuuper smiley and did not look like me, plus it had half of scissors and a random leather strap piece. So I said less smiley and got this 😐 I did try a couple more iterations, and even when I said "only change ____", it would change other things. It’s not as smart as it seems to be with everyone else’s. And so I stopped cause I didn't want to overload it.

I've had this fabric for years and finally found a pattern to make a coat 🙌🏽

I used (Size Small) with some mods:
🧵 Raised the shoulders closer to my true shoulder
🧵 Customized my length
🧵 Made my own pockets and placement
🧵 Single layer of fabric
🧵 Serged the edges with only the 3 far right threads and a tighter stitch length

New Fabric⚡Printed fabric so you always know what's in stock and what you're getting. Don't get me wrong, I love Mudcloth, but it's a gamble sometimes as to what I'm going to get from my supplier and what I send to you. And I still get to support independent artists with 🙌🏽

And I can't get enough of designs! The first 2 are her prints 👏🏽

I also found textured wovens from that are perfect for a more neutral, subtle style.

I was flattered to be a tester for the new Juniper Dress pattern and can say that it's a dress for everyone 🙌🏽

It just launched today! So check out her page for more examples and snag the pattern.

I used a thrifted bedsheet with a cozy, winter pattern. I'd love to try it out with a denim for winter as well, or light chambray or floral for spring.
