Happy Easter 🐣🐰🌸🌿
It’s an Easter miracle that I made this in a day 🤪 Baby girl had a 2+ hr nap yesterday, so I got a lot done! And finished up last last night 🙌🏽
And it was starting to sprinkle while taking this pics, haha! But we made it happen!
I used a vintage pillowcase and turned it into the dress by
I made size 18-24 months for my 2 year old cause she’s a little one :)

The pattern called for 26” wide front and back panels, but the pillowcase was only 20” wide, but it still turned out great!
Instead of gathering the back of the skirt before adding the elastic, I just sewed it flat onto the elastic channel and let the elastic do all the gathering. And then I only gathered the front panel. Looks more even.
I added 2” to the elastic length.
Pretty easy make once I figured out how to make it work with the pillowcase dimensions and mods. Def gonna make more 👌🏼
No matching Easter outfit for mama this year :) But I have a fun fabric I’d like to use for marching on Mother’s Day!
