Starting March 31, join us for a special 8- week Five Element Qigong seminar 7.10-8.10pm at 2nd Presbyterian Church hall, 4200 St Paul St, Baltimore. Open to all - no prior experience needed. In this course, we will discuss the fundamental principles of Chinese medicine and philosophy, including Yin/Yang and the 5 Elements. You will learn the 5 Element Qigong series as well as other simple qigong exercises.
