Bolton Therapy & Wellness I am a psychotherapist specializing in relationship counseling & treating anxiety, depression, stre People come to therapy for a variety of reasons.

You may be experiencing challenges in daily living, difficulty in navigating life transitions like divorce, end of a relationship, death of a loved one, family changes or job loss. You may be experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, or have a deep desire to live a more joyous, meaningful life. Therapy is about removing obstacles and developing the capacity for self acceptance, self expression

and a sense of empowerment. The foundation of my clinical practice is the creation of a safe, accepting and non-judgmental atmosphere for every client. We will work collaboratively to explore your inner as well as outer life in order to create a plan that allows you to achieve your personal life goals. You may want to create greater happiness in your family, with your work, or in your individual life. I can provide therapy online via video conferencing.

Consider finding an EMDR therapist who can help you process everything that's happening in the world today. EMDR therapy has been found to be effective in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression.
