We would like your help! We are conducting a study to better understand the safest and most effective dose of the drug, guanfacine immediate release (GIR), in children ages 6-12 with non-mosaic Down syndrome to treat hyperactivity, inattention or impulsivity.

There will be a time/travel reimbursement of up to $200 for completing this study.

Participation is completely voluntary and whether you choose to have your child participate will have no impact on his/her/their placement in Kennedy Krieger School Programs. Research activity may occur during school hours. You will be responsible for transportation that may be required for onsite activities at a location.
