STARTING Thursday, May 7th! This All Levels somatic yoga flow weaves together somatic techniques (such as tapping, conscious movement, breathwork, etc.), flowing sequences, and meditation to reconnect to the body in a supportive and grounded way. Rather than focusing on achieving specific shapes, this class invites you to notice, to feel, and to respond to what is present. Sensation is information, and you will be encouraged to move in ways that support your body’s unique needs in each moment.
A variety of posture options and variations will be offered throughout class, allowing space for you to find what feels most supportive in your body.
