NV CARE LLC is a licensed Transitional Housing, Assisted Living and Supportive housing facility committed to providing quality housing, care and a positive way of life for our clients. We are here to help single men and women seeking assistance with daily life challenges such as; homelessness, former incarceration, elderly, psychological issues, mental illness and disabilities.
Our Mission: NV CARE mission is to provide a safe, healthy and family oriented environment for our clients so that they can transition into a healthy and productive life style.
NV CARE LLC is a Transitional housing, Assisted Living, Supportive Housing that is committed and motivated to help those in need of proper housing and care. We understand that each individual is unique and we are able to provide the personalized attention that is necessary to assure each individual's wellbeing.
We understand that this is a difficult time where we all need a helping hand and support; therefore we're here to give that support to our clients to let them know we care and are here to help.
At NV CARE LLC, We provide the following:
*A beautiful home setting with furnished rooms.(Beds,Blankets, Pillows, Sheets Nightstands and dresser)
* A Family oriented environment. (Dinner meetings together as a family)
*In House Support Group or individual Meetings. (Onsite counselor available at your service)
*Treatment Planning and referrals to outside programs.(Adult Day care Programs)
(PRP Programs)
*Life skills discussions and training.
*Job Placement Assistance for those who qualify.
*A committed and dedicated staff that is always there to serve the needs of our clients.
*Medication Administration (Trained individual to administer medications)
* Hot Meals that meets every client's diets. (Home cooked hot meals)
NV CARE LLC is a Licensed Transitional Housing, Assisted Living and Supportive Housing program for woman and men in need and willing to make a positive change in their lives.

West Baltimore:
*4626 Park Heights Avenue, Baltimore MD 21215
*3422 W. Belvedere Avenue, Baltimore MD 21215
*5214 Beaufort Avenue, Baltimore MD 21215
East Baltimore:
*320 E. 23rd Street, Baltimore MD 21218
*3407 Elmora Avenue, Baltimore MD 21223
We currently have transitional housing, Assisted Living, supportive Housing and affordable housing available.
We have four Beautiful homes, fully Furnished. Spacious Living, Dining rooms well furnished, Big and Spacious living rooms, Bedrooms and bathrooms.
Some of the west Baltimore locations are around Park Heights Avenue, Cold Spring, Belvedere Avenue, Beaufort Avenue, Reisterstown Rd, Reisterstown Plaza, Garrison and close to Sinai Hospital Pimlico Race Tracks.
Some of our East Baltimore Locations are around Downtown Baltimore areas, 25th street, Kirk Avenue, North Avenue, Harford Rd, Bel Air Rd, Erdman Avenue and Clifton Park. Close to public transportation.

Please be advised this is NOT FREE HOUSING , there is a monthly residential fee that applies to all residents accepted into our program. We accept clients on SSI, SSDI , unemployment, TCA
