The first thing to know about HIV/AIDS is that you can live with it. With proper medication, ongoing healthcare and lifestyle changes, individuals with HIV/AIDS are living fuller, longer lives than ever. At Park West Hidden Garden, our physicians, nurses and staff work as a team to support patients in understanding and managing their health. We offer the latest in medications. We also address nutrition, exercise, attitude and provide emotional support.

IAP will be on-site assisting individuals experiencing homelessness, individuals living in a shelter, and returning citizens with obtaining their Maryland State IDs.

Guests must provide a letter of stay, homelessness verification with address, and other identifying documents, such as a social security card, birth certificate, jail ID, etc. ➡Please reach out to the Franciscan Center directly if you have any questions.
