Bringing root‑cause medicine to Baltimore for over a decade! Charm City Natural Health was born out of both passion and persistence. Drs.

In 2011, before the state of Maryland licensed naturopathic doctors, Dr. Paddock and Dr. Runde joined a small team of NDs, lobbyists, and legislators who spent years advocating for a licensure law. When the legislation passed in 2014, CCNH opened its doors in Baltimore. Paddock and Runde became some of the first licensed naturopathic doctors in the state. Over a decade later, their practice has grown into a trusted team that now includes integrative psychology. Charm City Natural Health is grounded in the same vision that inspired Drs. Paddock and Runde from the start: to bridge conventional and natural medicine, serve their community, and help patients discover lasting health.
