CARF Accredited Community Integration (Psychiatric Rehabilitation/PRP) We have been operating the #1 DUI Education program in Baltimore for the past 6 years; in 2020 I decided to expand to offer Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment, Intensive Outpatient Addiction Treatment, and Community Integration Services (also known as PRP-Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services).
