Fitness Center Update: New Treadmill & Elliptical Upgrade!
Just in time for the rainy Memorial Day weekend, we’re excited to announce two new upgrades to the Fitness Center:
• Our upgraded Matrix Elliptical is here — offering a smoother, lower-impact cardio experience that’s gentle on joints while supporting heart health, endurance, and energy.
• We’ve also installed a Third Matrix Treadmill, making it even easier to fit in a walk, jog, or mindful movement session indoors — rain or shine.
Walking is one of the simplest and most effective ways to support physical and emotional well-being. Even a short indoor walk can help boost mood, reduce stress, improve circulation, and keep holiday weekends feeling balanced and energized.

We are so proud of this year's scholarship recipients and so grateful to the Resident Scholarship Committee who raised the money to help these amazing associates pursue their passions through education, training, or certificates. The commitment and investment that the residents feel toward the future success of the associates at Roland Park Place is so beautiful!

Baltimore history was on full display at the Baltimore Heritage, Baltimore By Boat Tour. Many of our residents love and support Baltimore Heritage because of their stellar programming.

We learned how America defeated the British here. How Frederick Douglass escaped from here. We also learned about pioneering watershed restoration.

What a morning! 300 years of history on a live-narrated tour of Baltimore’s world-famous Inner Harbor. Our residents love learning. It was a day of connecting the past with the present, and Baltimore to the rest of the world.

At RPP... We love when cool things happen. This photo represents Brotherhood. While our residents were waiting to board the boat for an Inner Harbor history tour, the gentleman to the right, who happens to own a coffee shop (Matriarch Coffee) at the Inner Harbor, came over to say hello to our group because he saw our Programs Manager wearing a Gilman School cap.

Our manager is not the one who attended Gilman School, a notable private school not far from Roland Park Place, but our resident to the left did. It was nice to see these guys connect. This photo represents history, pride, and community, three things that RPP enjoys celebrating.

Today's Trip: Baltimore By Boat. We had a special surprise waiting for us. One of our residents had a role to play. Actually, she had three... Helper, Entertainer and one of "Bob Barker's Beauties" from the Price is Right presenting objects for us to see. Thank you for the laughter, Merry! We had a fun time.

Summer is just around the corner, and we have many more boat trips planned. At RPP... We love being near the water.
