Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at TheraFit Rehab! We are profoundly thankful to God for guiding us to turn personal trials into a mission of hope and healing for HIS glory. Our story began with my brother Rich, whose resilience after a traumatic brain injury inspired the vision for TheraFit, and it continues with his son Christopher, who was born with significant disabilities and is also part of the TheraFit family. Their strength and determination drive everything we do.

We are incredibly grateful for our amazing Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists, Front Desk Staff, Fitness Trainers, Sarah, our incredible partner in New Jersey, and her dedicated team who all play vital roles in changing lives. Your hard work, compassion, and dedication make a tremendous impact every day.

To our patients and their families, thank you for inspiring us with your courage, determination, and hope. We are honored to walk alongside you on your journey and to be part of your lives.

We are hosting a FREE Multiple Sclerosis Wellness Event Thursday, Nov. 14, at our Towson, Maryland, clinic! The workshop will feature several guest speakers along with our own neurologically focused therapists, all offering tips on how to fight back against MS.💪

It's an ideal educational session for someone who:

➡Had a stroke (recently or long ago) and feels weak, exhausted, and unable to do things he/she used to do.
➡Has difficulty coming to a stand from a couch.
➡Is frustrated with impaired arm function that affects his/her ability to get dressed or cut meals.
➡Is afraid of falling and breaking a bone or winding up in a nursing home.
➡Has vision issues that make walking and daily tasks hard.
➡Suffers memory or speech problems.
➡Provides support to someone who's had a stroke.
