Wonderland Sauna is still an active development!

Post pandemic effects on lending and crazy construction pricing increases has presented challenges to this development but we endure. Construction value engineering is taking place to control costs, appraisal came back AMAZINGLY well and we are steadily marching forward to a construction start in the 1st half of 2023. 🤞🏾

As the United States prepares for vaccination roll out, I want to provide an update for the business.

Due to the scale/timing of construction and the hopeful efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccination, the opening of WONDERLAND Sauna will likely be in the 1st half of 2022.

As many businesses have already closed due to the pandemic, I want to make sure I place WONDERLAND in the best place for success and safety.
