August is Happiness Happens Month! It’s dedicated to celebrating things that brings one happiness. In finding joy for ourselves, we’re able to spread joy to others as happiness is known to be contagious!

This month, I encourage you to think about all the things that bring about feelings of happiness in your life. Take those things, embrace them, implement them, and use them to motivate and encourage others!

Some things that bring me happiness are:
*Spending time with my loved ones
*Engaging in a fun hobby
*Eating good food
*Laughing and smiling
*Taking some alone time to recharge
*Traveling

National Wellness Month🧘🏾‍♀️🌱🧠✨

Wellness is a frequently used term that can be used to describe how one feels physically or mentally. But, what exactly is wellness?

Wellness is an active state of being encompassing our physical, mental, emotional, environmental, spiritual, and social interactions. It’s something that we pursue everyday of our lives through our habits and experiences.

This month, we recognize the importance of practicing self-care, utilizing healthy coping skills, and pursuing positive social engagements to ensure we are living well lives. And with intent, consistency, and resilience, we are able to do just that!
