This is not a “good vibes only” space. Your feelings - all of them - are valid. If you live in a less privileged body and love your body, that is phenomenal and we want that for everyone. And, it’s okay if you don’t feel that way. If you are having trouble finding love, respect or acceptance of the body you’re living in, you’re not alone and we can help. As a start, try holding seemingly contradictory feelings - you can feel resentment toward your body and know that you don’t have to try to change it and/or that the resentment has more to do with societal expectations than with your body.
