Tired of worrying about perfect yoga poses? Our Kripalu yoga class focuses on WHAT YOUR BODY CAN DO rather than how it looks. Taught by a licensed PT, this class helps you transition from physical therapy to wellness by encouraging compassion and mindfulness.

Rather than aggressively pushing into poses, we empower you to find movements that feel good in your own body. We tune into sensations rather than getting hung up on alignments. This allows a gentle yet powerful yoga practice accessible at ANY level.

Whether you're recovering from injury or looking to maintain mobility, this class helps build the mindfulness that research shows aids healing and prevents future injury. With an emphasis on breath and presence rather than mat placements, this class removes common yoga intimidation factors.

Focus on YOUR BODY's experience rather than chasing picture-perfect shapes. Feel empowered and care for your whole self with Kripalu yoga tailored to YOU by a knowledgable PT. CLASS IS ON THURSDAY at 3:30 PM. Come on and give it a try!

"It's that time of year again when we set our wellness goals and resolutions, but how do we make sure they stick beyond just this month?

The key is to turn them into habits. Rather than trying to overhaul your entire lifestyle at once, try making small, sustainable changes that you can easily integrate into your daily routine. For example, instead of resolving to hit the gym every day, try committing to a class a week in person, one class while . And don't forget to enlist the help of friends and family (or us!) to stay accountable and motivated. Together, let's make our resolutions a reality and turn them into lifelong habits for a happier and healthier you!

As 2023 draws to a close, I am filled with immense gratitude for the supportive community that has grown around our physical therapy and wellness group over the past year. None of the progress our clients have made would be possible without the dedication of their family members and support networks.

Your commitment to attending appointments, assisting with home exercises, providing encouragement, and championing your loved one’s recovery is what enables our group to help clients rebuild strength and work toward their wellness goals. We could not do this important work without you.

I want to thank all of the family members and friends who have transported clients to appointments, cooked nutritious post-therapy meals, modified homes for greater accessibility, or simply offered a listening ear when progress felt slow. Your acts of service, no matter how big or small, make an incredible difference.

As we look ahead to 2024, I hope we continue building positive momentum, further strengthening this community where clients lift up and motivate one another. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being a part of this special group and helping create a supportive environment for healing. Here’s to another year of empowering and uplifting one another!
