"My mom moved into Independent Living in 2018, and over the years she was in Assisted Living, and eventually Skilled Care, so I’ve seen a lot of staff and administrative changes.

I decided to give them a try and I’m glad I did. I was very skeptical because of the reviews. What I will say to that is everyone’s experience is different. The tour I had of Heritage at Augsburg's independent living was good. The people I met were friendly. The person who gave the tour was a little busy that day. He had other people and a lot of appointments, but he managed to squeeze me in and showed me a couple of apartments, and they looked good. The Holiday Extravaganza held on Saturday, Dec. 6 in our Independent Living community was a tremendous success. Our team and dedicated volunteers delivered an event that exceeded expectations.
