February IS , and this year’s theme, "A Century of Black History Commemorations", invites us to reflect on more than just milestones.

It invites us to reflect on healing.

For generations, Black communities have carried strength, resilience, and responsibility. Often without the space to rest, process, or be supported emotionally. Mental wellness has always been part of our history, even when it wasn’t named or protected.

This month, we honor the past by supporting healing in the present. 🤍 Your mental health matters. Not just this month, but always.

It's , and we're walking into February with our heads held high, acknowledging that the magic in our community starts with the love and care we give ourselves.

We understand that true essence and strength are found in the balance of individual healing and communal support.

𝓦𝓱𝔂 𝓢𝓮𝓵𝓯-𝓒𝓪𝓻𝓮 𝓲𝓼 𝓞𝓾𝓻 𝓢𝓾𝓹𝓮𝓻𝓹𝓸𝔀𝓮𝓻:
☀️ Radiance from Within: Feeling good about ourselves allows us to show up more authentically for our families and neighbors.
🤎 Community Resilience: Taking care of your mental health is a foundational act that allows you to be a better person for others.
🌳 Healing as Legacy: Breaking cycles and choosing wellness is how we honor those who came before us.
💚 Maryland Wellness Commitment: We provide the space and resources to help you "feel good about yourself" so you can pour into the community from a full cup.
