SiNERGe is a collaborative of providers, health care organizations, community-based organizations, and comprehensive sickle cell centers throughout the northeast region of the United States. Together we develop relationships and strategies to overcome the barriers that prevent patients with sickle cell disease from obtaining high-quality sickle care.
