I was visiting Carbondale Colorado and took a class and I am still feeling the glow✨What an incredible workout💪🏻The energy in the studio is amazing- Lauren’s instruction was on point with clear and encouraging cueing that kept us flowing smoothly. And Katlynn, the owner, has created such a beautiful and welcoming space. You can feel the essence of community when you walk in. Embody isn’t just a Pilates studio. We offer Sculptlates/Sculpt and Strength as well as Cardio Combo🔥💪🏻! Studies confirm that women in Peri/Post Menopause need to lift heavier weights for strength and bone loss. Estrogen is no longer assisting so heavier weight training a few times a week will help with the changes in the body composition! Weight training is one area to focus on while supporting symptoms.
