Bone broth is a nutritional powerhouse, packed with minerals, collagen, and amino acids that support your immune system, gut health, and overall wellness. Either using an organic clean bone broth or making your own- this broth helps with staying resilient during cold and flu season!

If you want to make your own, here's a recipe to try:

Essential Ingredients:
🔹Bones: 2-3 pounds of beef, chicken, or turkey bones (roasted for deeper flavor).
🔹2 carrots (chopped)
🔹2 celery stalks (chopped)
🔹1 onion (quartered)
🔹2-3 garlic cloves (smashed)
🔹2 bay leaves
🔹1-2 sprigs of thyme or rosemary (optional)
🔹1 tsp whole peppercorns
🔹Pinch of sea salt
🔹2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (helps extract nutrients from the bones).
🔹Water: Enough to cover the bones and vegetables in your pot.

Optional Boosters for Immunity:
🔸Turmeric Root: Add a 1-inch piece for its anti-inflammatory benefits.
🔸Ginger Root: Add a 1-inch piece for digestion and immunity.
🔸Mushrooms (e.g., shiitake or reishi): Great for immune support.
🔸Parsley: Add at the end for Vitamin C and fresh flavor.

Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Bones
If using raw bones, roast them in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes to enhance the flavor.
Step 2: Combine Ingredients
Add all the ingredients and let the mixture sit for 30 minutes.
Step 3: Simmer Slowly
Slow Cooker: Cook on low for 12-24 hours. Pressure Cooker: Cook on high for 2-3 hours.
Step 4: Strain the Broth
Let the broth cool slightly, then strain it through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a large bowl.
Step 5: Store and Enjoy
Refrigerate: Store in the fridge for up to 5 days. A gel-like consistency indicates high collagen content—this is a good thing! Freeze: Pour into silicone molds or freezer-safe jars for up to 6 months.
