Our team member, Megan Lazzeri, went on-site to see the progress firsthand at CENTRA’s RNO2 data center in Reno, NV.

Precast exterior wall panels are now being installed, giving the 92,000 sq ft facility its first true sense of scale.

More construction updates to come on CENTRA’s RNO2!

Phase 2 of KRM Duck Creek Building 2 has been completed! The 69,000 SF concrete tilt-up shell building is located adjacent to the existing Building 1.

The design accommodates up to 16 tenants or a single-tenant configuration, providing flexibility for future users. Each tenant space includes knock-out panels or high windows for potential mezzanines and second-floor buildouts. The loading dock layout features 6 drive-up dock doors and 20 traditional dock doors, supporting industrial and distribution use.

Congratulations to our very own Joe Heisler, who alongside “Arthur’s Friends”, was recognized by the PA Citizens for Better Libraries as the 2025 Pennsylvania Library Friends Group of the Year.

This honor highlights their incredible work raising funds to restore the Friends of Arthur Hufnagel Public Library of Glen Rock after extensive water damage, mold, and asbestos.

Through dedicated fundraising and community support, more than $140,000 was raised to bring the library back to life.

As of October 29th, the library has officially reopened! A grand reopening celebration will occur on Saturday, November 15 at 9am. Everyone is welcome!

Suite 100 of the Pendry Baltimore has been reimagined into a 1,125 SF conference venue.

The renovation includes new exterior doors designed to seamlessly flow into the harbor-side amenity area, matching the architectural character of the hotel and historic Fells Point. Updated ceilings were also adapted to enhance the suite’s natural light and acoustic performance.

The transformation serves as an extension of the conference center suite, providing both functionality and cohesiveness.
