Congratulations to our very own Joe Heisler, who alongside “Arthur’s Friends”, was recognized by the PA Citizens for Better Libraries as the 2025 Pennsylvania Library Friends Group of the Year.

This honor highlights their incredible work raising funds to restore the Friends of Arthur Hufnagel Public Library of Glen Rock after extensive water damage, mold, and asbestos.

Through dedicated fundraising and community support, more than $140,000 was raised to bring the library back to life.

As of October 29th, the library has officially reopened! A grand reopening celebration will occur on Saturday, November 15 at 9am. Everyone is welcome!

Suite 100 of the Pendry Baltimore has been reimagined into a 1,125 SF conference venue.

The renovation includes new exterior doors designed to seamlessly flow into the harbor-side amenity area, matching the architectural character of the hotel and historic Fells Point. Updated ceilings were also adapted to enhance the suite’s natural light and acoustic performance.

The transformation serves as an extension of the conference center suite, providing both functionality and cohesiveness.

Here’s a first look at what’s ahead for Duck Creek Business Campus!

Our team is currently in the design phase of this 95,000 SF concrete tilt-up shell warehouse located in Smyrna, DE. The building is planned to accommodate moderate-hazard factory and industrial, as well as moderate-hazard storage uses. It also includes a 24' clear height for high bay storage—allowing for growth and adaptability in the future.

Construction is underway on CENTRA’s new MSP1 data center in Minneapolis, MN!

This 150,000+ sq ft, Tier III+ facility will launch with 12MW of critical power to support high-density, AI-ready infrastructure. Featuring carrier-neutral interconnection, four diverse fiber entry points, redundant Meet-Me Rooms, and sustainable design elements, MSP1 is built for performance, resilience, and the future of connectivity in the Midwest.
